Machine", high speed (22 ton press at 1000 hits per
minute, and 3,973 inch per minute travel speed) coupled with
a Fanuc 2000 Watt CW RF Laser and a fully automated material
handling system.
AMADA F.M.S. FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING
SYSTEM, with an Auto-Storage/Retrieval System, 30
ton 56 station turret press, right angle blanking shear and
automatic sorting conveyor. Material capacity is 48 X 120 sheet
sizes of 10 gauge steel or 3/16 aluminum. This entire line is
directly linked with the CAD/CAM programming system. Two programmable
auto index tool stations can provide consistent and accurate
angle punching. The right angle shear produces square and accurate
blanks all related accurately to +/- .010 to the punched hole
patterns.
AMADA COMA 72 Station Turret Press,
a 50 Ton Press which can handle sheet materials of 50 X 100 up
to 0.25 thickness.

Painting & Powder Coating
AUTOMATIC SECTION, Five stage pretreatment
system consisting of an alkaline wash, rinse, iron phosphate
pre-treatment, rinse and sealer rinse. Parts are immediately
dried in a convection dryoff oven at 200-450 degrees Fahrenheit
and transferred to an automatic powder booth with ten (10)
automatic guns and two (2) operator spray stations. After passing
through an inspection area, the parts are cured in a radiant
convection oven for approximately 16 minutes at up to 450 degrees
Fahrenheit. The cured parts are transferred through a cooling
area and into a load/unload area. This entire system is linked
by 1150 feet of powered conveyor and can handle parts up to
30 deep X 34 wide X 84 long.
MANUAL SECTION, Approximately 900 feet of manual
conveyor runs through masking areas and a manual powder booth.
To facilitate painting larger parts and special colors, parts
painted in the manual booth may be transferred to the powered
line and cured, or cured in a batch convection oven.
WASH BOOTH, 18 ft. wide X 12 ft. deep X 12
ft. high inside for steam cleaning and applying an iron phosphate
surface treatment prior to painting.
DESPATCH (Combination Dry Off/Force Dry/Bake)
Curing Oven, 10 ft. wide X 22 ft. deep X 9 ft. high inside with
a temperature range of 150 degrees F to 500 degrees F.

AMADA OffLine Bend CAD CAM Programming System
State of the art bend simulation software that allows the programming of press
breaks off line maximizing machine run time. Programs downloaded to the machine
via bar coded part identification allow the operator full on screen 3D visual
of the machine set up requirements and bend sequence simulation, greatly
reducing setup time over conventional programming methods.
